What's your returns policy?
As all items are handmade we're unable to accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please get in touch via our contact page with a photo of the damage, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Please contact us as soon as possible, we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
